脊髓电刺激联合呼唤刺激对昏迷患者意识状态及预后的影响
Effect of Spinal Cord Electrical Stimulation Combined with Call Stimulation on Conscious State and Prognosis of Patients with Coma

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of spinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation in the treatment of patients with coma.Method:A total of 62 patients with coma admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given call stimulation therapy,and the observation group was given sspinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation therapy.The recovery time,conscious state,cerebral hemodynamics indexes and prognosis effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The overall recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Before recovery,there were no significant differences in the conscious state and cerebral hemodynamics indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After recovery,the cerebral hemodynamics indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after recovery and 24 h after recovery,the scores of conscious state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)after recovery was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation can improve the conscious state of coma patients significantly,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.关键词
