Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of live tissue examination under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination in gastric cancer.Method:From January 2020 to December 2021,329 patients with suspected gastric cancer admitted to Longyan First Hospital were selected,all patients were subjected to live tissue examination under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination,and the efficacy of both in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was compared.Result:Out of 329 suspected gastric cancer patients,a total of 324 gastric cancer cases were detected through surgical pathological examination,and 319 gastric cancer cases were detected through gastroscopy live tissue examination,there was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic detection rate between the two methods(P>0.05).Using surgical pathological examination as the"gold standard",Kappa test showed moderate consistency between live tissue examination under gastroscopy and the"gold standard"(Kappa=0.524,P=0.000).The detection rates of each type of gastric cancer tissue examined by both methods were similar,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the detection rate of diffuse infiltrative and differentiated gastric cancer under gastroscopy were lower than those the"gold standard",the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical pathological examination is more effective in gastric cancer examination,while live tissue examination under gastroscopy is less invasive,it is of great significance for the active prevention and effective treatment of gastric cancer lesions,and can be used as a primary diagnostic method for preoperative detection of gastric cancer.关键词
