铁死亡诱导剂在结直肠癌中的研究进展
Research Progress of Ferroptosis Inducers in Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common cancer in the world,and traditional treatment programs have poor efficacy in patients with advanced CRC.Therefore,novel therapeutic strategies may be helpful to improve the treatment and prognosis of CRC patients.Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent regulatory cell death characterized by the increase of iron and reactive oxygen species(ROS).CRC cells have high levels of iron and ROS,and inducing ferroptosis may become a new treatment method for CRC.This paper reviews the current research progress on the mechanism of ferroptosis and introduces the latest inducers of ferroptosis,including small molecule compounds and nanoparticles,and provides ideas for developing new treatment plans for CRC.关键词
