Research Status and Progress of Exosomes in the Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Exosomes are vesicle bodies surrounded by lipid membranes and secreted by most cells,carrying a large number of miRNA and other nucleic acids,proteins and other substances.Many studies have confirmed that exosome inclusions are related to the diagnosis of lung cancer and biological function of lung cancer cells.During the development of lung cancer,exosomes derived from cancer cells could not only directly affect the biological function of cancer cells,but indirectly promote tumor growth by affecting macrophages,fibroblasts,endothelial cells and other cells.Understanding the molecular mechanism of exosomes and lung cancer cells can provide a new opportunity for early diagnosis and precise treatment of lung cancer,which is expected to become an effective marker for diagnosis and a potential target for treatment of lung cancer.This paper reviews the current research progress of exosomes in lung cancer.关键词
