Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of ultrasound-assisted breast minimally invasive rotational resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors and its effect on stress response.Method:A total of ninety-six patients with benign breast tumors treated in Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected,and divided into 48 cases in the observation group and 48 cases in the control group by the random number table method,the control group was treated with open excision,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-assisted breast minimally invasive rotational resection.Surgical related indicators,stress response indicators,algesic substance indicators,tumor marker level and incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Result:The operative time,incision healing time,scar length and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,the levels of cortisol(Cor),epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),neuropeptide Y(NPY),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in both groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after surgery,the above indicators in both groups were higher than those before surgery,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and glycoconjugate antigen 125(CA125)in the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after surgery,the above indicators in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication rate was 2.08%in the observation group,lower than 14.58%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-assisted breast minimally invasive rotational resection in the treatment of benign breast tumours has a significant effect,and can reduce postoperative stress and postoperative pain,regulate CEA and CA125 levels,reduce complications,and is safe and effective.关键词
