Clinical Effect of Albumin-bound Paclitaxel Combined with Cisplatin Concurrent Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of albumin-bound Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Method:A total of 100 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to Jieyang People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with solvent-based Paclitaxel and Cisplatin plus concurrent radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with albumin-bound Paclitaxel and Cisplatin plus concurrent radiotherapy.The therapeutic effect,toxicity,tumor marker level and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Result:The objective remission rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen(SCC-ag)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Albumin-bound Paclitaxel and Cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy are more effective than solvent-based Paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,which can further reduce the levels of tumor markers in patients,reduce the incidence of diarrhea,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
