摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of Etomidate combined with Sufentanil and Propofol for painless gastroenteroscopy and its influence on cognitive function of patients.Method:A total of 80 patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in Fuzhou Municipal Hospital were randomly selected from January to December 2022.The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to random number table method, and respectively received Sufentanil + Propofol anesthesia,Etomidate combined with Sufentanil and Propofol anesthesia. The clinical indexes, anesthetic effect, cognitive function, the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation of blood in experimental group were significantly higher 10 min after anesthesia take effect and 30 min after surgery, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, anesthesia take effect time, recovery time and orientation recovery time of experimental group were shorter, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the cognitive function scores of experimental group were significantly higher at 15 and 30 min after recovery, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(22.50%),the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group(5.00%)was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Etomidate combined with Sufentanil and Propofol for painless gastroenteroscopy has a significant anesthetic effect, which is conducive to the stability of patients'vital sign, and has little impact on patients'cognitive function, which can reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
