Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation combined with pulmonary rehabilitation for pulmonary function rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with chronic respiratory failure admitted to Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the objects of this study,patients treated from August 2020 to July 2021 were divided into the reference group,and those treated from August 2021 to August 2022 were the study group,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation,and the study group was treated with bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation combined with pulmonary rehabilitation.Clinical treatment efficiency,lung function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and maximum peak expiratory flow(PEF)],related blood gas indexes[partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),partial oxygen saturation(SaO2),partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)],dyspnea degree and 6 min walking distance of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 and SaO2 of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the PaCO2 was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of dyspnea in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure,bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation combined with pulmonary rehabilitation can achieve more ideal therapeutic effect,improve lung function and related blood gas indexes,relieve dyspnea and other symptoms,and improve activity endurance of patients.关键词
