miR-25通过调节TGF-β信号传导通路促进胃癌细胞增殖和转移
miR-25 Promotes Proliferation and Transfer of Gastric Cancer Cell by Regulating TGF-β Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of miR-25 on proliferation,invasion,migration and apoptosis of human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and its molecular mechanism.Method:miR-25 interfering lentivirus was constructed,and the cells for study were divided into normal group,miR-25 interfering lentivirus group and miR-25 interfering lentivirus no-load group.Modern medical biology technology was used to detect transfection efficiency,cell proliferation ability,invasion ability,migration ability,apoptosis situation,and the expression of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)protein in each group.Result:Compared with the normal group,the expression of miR-25 in miR-25 interfering lentivirus group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the survival rate,migration rate,proliferation rate and invasion ability of cell in miR-25 interfering lentivirus group were significantly decreased,and the apoptosis rate in miR-25 interfering lentivirus group was significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the expression level of TGF-β protein in miR-25 interfering lentivirus group was increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the expression of miR-25 was inhibited in human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901,the expression of TGF-β protein in gastric cancer cell was significantly increased,and the invasion and metastasis ability of gastric cancer cell were significantly reduced,and the apoptosis of tumor cells was promoted.关键词
