Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of surgical approach selection on clinical treatment effect of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Method:Sixty-six patients with inguinal hernia in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for laparoscopic hernia repair.They were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the experimental group(33 cases).The control group underwent hernia repair through anterior laparoscopic approach,and the experimental group underwent hernia repair through external peritoneal laparoscopic approach.Operation-related indexes,levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ambulation time,and hospital stay time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TNF-α and IL-6 levels between the groups before operation(P>0.05),and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in experimental group after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 6.06%(2/33),which was slightly lower than 15.15%(5/33)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with inguinal hernia,laparoscopic hernia repair using an extraperitoneal approach can effectively reduce surgical trauma,shorten the postoperative time to get out of bed and time of hospital stay,reduce inflammation reaction,the incidence of complications is lower.关键词
