Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuanfei Buyi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Buyi Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and the changes of TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indexes of the test results of the two groups at the time of admission and after treatment.Result:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FVC)(FEV1/FVC%)and the peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Buyi Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood gas analysis of patients.关键词
