Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills in the treatment of acute rhinitis.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute rhinitis treated in Kunshan Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=60)was treated with Cefixime Dispersible Tablets,the observation group(n=60)was treated with Cefixime Dispersible Tablets + Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills.The TCM symptoms integrations,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,IgM,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(interleukin-6),IL-8 and IL-10,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the integrations of nasal obstruction,runny snivel,nasal mucosa hyperemia,sore throat,nose itching and headache in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional antibiotic,combined with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with acute rhinitis,reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate immunity,and have significant clinical efficacy and high safety.关键词
