基于罗森塔尔效应理念的心理护理对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者围手术期心理弹性的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of mental nursing based on Rosenthal effect concept on perioperative period resilience of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.Method:A total of 108 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture treated in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital,Southern Medical University from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=54,given routine nursing)and study group(n=54,implemented the mental nursing based on Rosenthal effect concept on the basis of the control group)according to random number table method.The resilience,compliance,rehabilitation effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Result:The scores of each dimensions of resilience in both groups were higher at discharge than those at admission,and the scores of each dimensions of resilience in study group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance scores of exercise,mental and treatment of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the study group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(79.63%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimensions of quality of life in the two groups were higher 3 months after surgery than those at admission,and the scores of each dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mental nursing based on Rosenthal effect concept in the patients with osteoporotic fracture during perioperative period can improve the resilience and compliance of patients,promote the rehabilitation of the body and improve the quality of life after surgery.关键词
