Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase(rt-PA)in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its impact on coagulation function.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 154 patients with AIS who were hospitalized in the Second Hospital of Longyan from January 2021 to October 2022,divided into a control group and an observation group based on treatment methods,the control group received 77 routine treatment,and the observation group received 77 intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA.The treatment indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group(97.40%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score(13.02±1.32)scores of the observation group was lower than(14.57±1.43)scores of the control group;the Barthel index(BI)score was(82.59±4.16)scores higher than(71.66±5.06)scores of the control group;the hemorheological indicators were lower than those in the control group;the coagulation function of vascular hemophilia factor(vWF)(0.99±0.09)g/L and coagulation factor Ⅷ(FⅧ)(1.15±0.14)U/L were better than vWF(1.70±0.15)g/L and FⅧ(1.97±0.24)U/L of the control group;in terms of prognosis,death(0)and worsening of the condition(2.60%)were better than death(14.29%)and worsening of the condition(16.88%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA in the treatment of AIS is significant,with improved neurological deficits,improved living ability,hemorheology,and coagulation functions,the prognosis is good and optional.关键词
