调气和营法联合火针拔罐治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Regulating Qi and Ying Therapy Combined with Fire Needling Cupping in the Treatment of Granulomatous Mastitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of regulating Qi and Ying therapy combined with fire needling cupping in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.Method:A total of 1,160 patients with granulomatous mastitis admitted to the Third Hospital of Nanchang from August 2018 to August 2020 were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 580 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone and surgery therapy,and the treatment group was treated with regulating Qi and Ying therapy combined with fire needling cupping.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of T lymphocytes,immunoglobulin,and complement between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the treatment group of CD3+T cell,CD4+T cell and CD8+T cell levels were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),CD56+CD16+NK cell,IgM,C3 and C4 levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction and complication incidence of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of granulomatous mastitis with regulating Qi and Ying therapy combined with fire needling cupping has a reliable effect,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune function,and good security.关键词
