骨转换标志物联合全身骨显像检测诊断早期骨转移的临床价值
Clinical Value of Bone Turnover Markers Combined with Whole Body Bone Imaging in Diagnosis of Early Bone Metastasis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of bone turnover markers combined with whole body bone imaging in diagnosis of early bone metastasis.Method:The medical records of 100 patients who underwent single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT)whole body bone imaging from August 2019 to March 2022 in Nuclear Medicine Department of Pingxiang People's Hospital were retrospectively collected.The patients were divided into metastatic group(n=52,with bone metastasis)and non-metastatic group(n=48,without bone metastasis)according to the results of pathological examination.Patients in both groups were received SPECT/CT whole body bone imaging examination and bone turnover markers detection.The levels of Soloway grades and bone turnover markers were compared between the metastatic group and non-metastatic group,and the clinical value of bone turnover markers combined with whole body bone imaging in the diagnosis of early bone metastasis was analyzed,and the levels of bone turnover markers in patients with different Soloway grades were compared.Result:The levels of N-mid osteocalcin(N-MID-OT),β-collagen degradation products(β-CTX),total type Ⅰ procollagen N-terminal peptide(T-PⅠNP)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in metastasis group were higher than those in non-metastasis group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in N-MID-OT,β-CTX,T-PⅠNP and PTH levels among patients with different Soloway grades(P<0.05).The levels of N-MID-OT,β-CTX,T-PⅠNP and PTH in Soloway grade 3 group were higher than those in Soloway grade 1 group and Soloway grade 2 group(P<0.05).The specificity of bone turnover markers combined with whole body bone imaging was higher than those of N-MID-OT,β-CTX,T-PⅠNP,PTH and whole body bone imaging alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone turnover markers combined with whole body bone imaging can improve the diagnosis specificity of early bone metastasis.关键词
