金水宝片对CAPD患者营养状态、肾性贫血及心理状况的影响
Effects of Jingshuibao Tablets on Nutritional Status,Renal Anemia and Mental Status of CAPD Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Jinshuibao Tablets on nutritional status,renal anemia and mental status of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)patients.Method:This study was a prospective cohort study.A total of 100 CAPD patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with CAPD,and the observation group was treated with Jinshuibao Tablets combined with CAPD.The levels of albumin(ALB),serum total protein(STP),hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell count(RBC)were detected before and after treatment,and the changes of the above indexes in the two groups were observed.At the same time,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to investigate and analyze the mental status of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,the levels of ALB,STP,Hb and RBC in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Jinshuibao Tablets in CAPD patients is remarkable,which can effectively improve the nutritional status,renal anemia and anxiety and depression status of patients.关键词
