Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the change situation on test results of heel blood thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level of newborns in Heze City from 2019 to 2022.Method:A total of 1,150 newborns in Heze City from January to December 2019 were chosen as the group A,a total of 1,161 newborns from January to December 2020 were chosen as the group B,a total of 1,156 newborns from January to December 2021 were chosen as the group C,a total of 1,130 newborns from January to December 2022 were chosen as the group D.Then the heel blood TSH level of four groups were detected and compared,and the detection results of four groups with different gender,seasons and premature/full-term were compared too.Result:The heel blood TSH≥6.0 mU/L rates of group C and group D were significantly lower than those of group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the heel blood TSH≥6.0 mU/L rates of group A and group B,group C and group D were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the detection results of four groups with different gender,seasons and premature/full-term were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The test results of heel blood TSH level of newborns in Heze City from 2019 to 2022 are continuously improved,and the test results of heel blood TSH level of newborns with different gender,seasons and premature/full-term have no significant differences,but it still need to further strengthen monitoring and intervention.关键词
