阳和汤合佛手散湿敷联合按摩铺灸治疗压疮的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Yanghe Decoction and Foshou Powder Wet Compress Combined with Massage and Long Snake Moxibustion in the Treatment of Pressure Sore

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yanghe Decoction and Foshou Powder wet compress combined with massage and long snake moxibustion in the treatment of pressure sore.Method:A total of 126 patients with pressure sore treated in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shicheng in Ganzhou from January to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,and patients in the experimental group received Yanghe Decoction and Foshou Powder wet compress combined with massage and long snake moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.The pressure sore area,Braden pressure sore risk assessment table score,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,and the evaluation indicators were statistically compared and analyzed.Result:After 21 d of treatment,the pressure sore area of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 30 d of treatment,the scores of Braden pressure sore risk assessment table and role physical,physiological function,role emotional,mental health,somatic pain,social function,vitality and general health after treatment of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanghe Decoction and Foshou Powder wet compress combined with massage and long snake moxibustion in the treatment of pressure sore can promote wound healing,improve the quality of life,and enhance the clinical effect,which has definite clinical application value.关键词
