Professor Zhang Zhenyu's Academic Experience in Treating Epigastric Pain
摘要
Abstract
Summarize the Zhang Zhenyu's academic experience in treating epigastric pain.Zhang Zhenyu clarified the current clinical characteristics of epigastric pain,and the treatment of epigastric pain is flexible and based on the syndrome differentiation of viscera,which reflected the academic concept of paying attention to the regulation of the relationship of viscera,taking into account the five viscera,especially the relationship between spleen,stomach and liver.Zhang Zhenyu believes that the earth can be reached by wood,and"Qi stagnation"is the basic pathogenesis of epigastric pain,and the treatment of epigastric pain is based on Qi,regulating Qi is the priority,treating the liver is the key,then the academic concept about restore the coordination of middle Qi rise and fall,and the syndrome differentiation of liver in treating epigastric pain is put forward.关键词
