摘要
Abstract
Vitamin D deficiency is common in humans,and the classic effects of vitamin D are related to the bones,kidneys and intestines.In recent years,studies had found that vitamin D is also associated with immunity,reproduction,endocrine,muscle,brain,skin and liver.The relationship between vitamin D and autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD)has also been extensively studied,but only a handful of randomized clinical trials in humans have investigated the possible role of vitamin D in the prevention or treatment of immune diseases.The aim of this article was to review the recent literature on vitamin D and AITD,to analyze its possible mechanisms,and supplement the potential significance of vitamin D in AITD.关键词
