Factors Analysis About Score of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations in the Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists

Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for examinees to prepare for the Pharmacy Administration and Regulations in the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists.Methods The examinees participated in four pharmacy subjects simultaneously in the national professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists in 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the data were extracted from the national professional qualification examination score database for licensed pharmacists.Examinees' eight characteristics(scores of other three subjects,age,years of work experience,major,type of employing organization,professional title,training method and educational background)were determined as the factors affecting the score of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations by the random forest regression analysis.The correlation among scores in different subjects were explored by the Pearson correlation analysis.The factors significantly affecting the score of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations were investigated by the analysis of variance.Results A total of 82 922 examinees were included.The above eight characteristics could all significantly affect the score of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations.The correlation of the scores of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations with Pharmaceutical Professional Knowledge(I)was stronger than that with other subjects.Conclusion Examinees for the professional qualification examination of licensed pharmacists should systematically receive pharmaceutical education,diligently study and comprehend the Pharmacy Administration and Regulations based on the practical work.The educational institutions in various regions should tailor their teaching methods and enrich the course design based on the characteristics of the learners to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the curriculum.关键词
