摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the problems in the development of pharmaceutical education in China's Mainland.Methods The comparison method and literature analysis method were used to analyze the pharmaceutical education modes in the United States,the United Kingdom,France,Japan,India,China's Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions from the educational system,curriculum and licensed pharmacist system,and the above pharmaceutical education modes were compared with the teaching method and educational system in China's Mainland.Results The above countries/regions advocated the promotion of service-oriented pharmaceutical talent cultivation,except for India.Although the focus of pharmaceutical education in China's Mainland is changing from chemical pharmaceuticals to patients,the education system of interdisciplinary and service-oriented talents was not perfect,and the problem how to comprehensively cultivate pharmaceutical talents urgently needed to be solved.Conclusion Universities in China's Mainland should provide personalized training programs,strengthen humanity education,and coordinate employment problems with various social departments to provide targeted talents for society.
