Abstract
The neurocritical care working group of the National Center for Healthcare Quality Management in Neurological Diseases was established in 2018.The working group conducted national surveys of sentinel hospitals and investigations of neurocritical care resources,discovering issues in China's neurocritical care such as uneven distribution of medical resources and lack of specialized personnel.Based on the survey results,the working group developed a system of quality control indicators for neurocritical care using the Delphi method,covering process indicators,readmission indicators,and key disease-related indicators.In addition,the neurocritical care working group also formulated the core knowledge and competencies consensus in neurocritical care and the consensus on sedation and analgesia for neurocritical care patients,and carried out a series of training programs such as the Neuro-Shield Action to promote continuous improvement in the quality of neurocritical care.In the future,the working group will continue to carry out activities such as quality control programs,training and assessment,and regularly monitor the implementation of quality control indicators to promote continuous improvement of medical quality.This paper summarizes the work of the neurocritical care working group in promoting improvements in the quality of neurocritical care in China.关键词
