乡村振兴背景下全域土地综合整治的逻辑内涵及盈利模式

Abstract
Land renovation provides a bearing space and industrial foundation for rural revitalization.This study makes an in-depth discussion on the logical relationship between global comprehensive land renovation and rural revitalization,analyzes the logical relationship between them,expounds the global comprehensive land renovation from the perspective of profit model,and analyzes the profit model of global land comprehensive renovation.In terms of index trading,the link between increase and decrease and occupation-compensation balance is a more common way.This study points out that carbon sequestration trading is also a feasible innovative way.In terms of industrial income,the efficient output of agriculture and the integration of three industries will significantly improve the economic benefits.In addition,after global renovation,the value of land will be increased,and so will the income from circulation and rental.The analysis of the logical connotation and profit model of comprehensive land regulation in the whole region is of guidance and reference value for the theoretical and practical research of promoting the construction of an agricultural power.关键词
