摘要
Abstract
As an emerging force of rural governance,new rural talents are of great value in strengthening the endogenous basis of rural governance,accelerating the reconstruction of rural social moral system,and making up for the deficiencies of rural governance system.However,with the deepening of rural governance,the difficulties faced by the participation of new rural talents are becoming more and more prominent,such as:the lack of legitimacy in rural governance,the lack of a strong cultural atmosphere of rural sages,and the lack of effective fund guarantee and incentive mechanism.For this reason,we can promote the change of ideas,institutional innovation,incentive guarantee and guidance by carrying forward the cultural atmosphere,strengthening the institutional basis of participation of new rural talents and perfecting the incentive and guarantee mechanism,so as to promote the effective participation of new rural talents and help them out of the difficulty of rural governance.关键词
