遵义市抹茶产业发展现状、基础与策略分析

Abstract
In recent years,with the diversified demand of food addition and the development of new drinks,matcha is favored by the market,and its good nutritional value is widely used in food addition,derivative products and health products development,which is a new growth direction of tea industry.Zunyi tea industry has a large scale,which can produce six kinds of tea products,but the development of matcha is still in its infancy.This paper summarizes the current situation of matcha at home and abroad,lists the main existing problems,and analyzes the basis of the development of matcha in Zunyi in terms of scale,variety,base and enterprise.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of matcha production base,the improvement of processing technology,the development of industrial agglomeration,product research and development,policy and financial support,in order to provide reference for the development of Zunyi tea products,the improvement of tea industry efficiency and the development of high quality.关键词
