乡村振兴背景下教育在防止返贫中的作用

Abstract
China has won an all-round victory in the battle to get rid of poverty,but the poor areas have a poor foundation for development,underdeveloped industries,poor scientific,technological and cultural quality,and a high risk of returning to poverty,which poses a serious challenge to the construction of beautiful villages.Education plays an important role in preventing poor people from returning to poverty in the process of rural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization,in order to protect the achievements of poverty alleviation,this paper studies the role of education in the poor areas of Bashang in Zhangjiakou City in preventing returning to poverty,with a view to taking measures to optimize the efficiency of rural revitalization and prevent returning to poverty after getting rid of poverty.Taking Bashang area of Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of poor farmer households,educational development and social training in Bashang area of Zhangjiakou using the methods of data analysis and on-the-spot investigation.The suggestions put forward include incorporating preschool education into compulsory education;improving primary and secondary school hardware facilities and incorporating common chronic diseases into popular science courses;establishing a teaching and research base for universities and increasing industrial investment;organizing,targeting,and systematically conducting social training,especially bringing in high-level training personnel from relevant research institutions;and sending strong cadres to the village collective to conduct ideological education and enhance the enthusiasm of the impoverished population for living.关键词
