Abstract
The key to the revitalization of rural areas lies in the revitalization of talents.The revitalization of talents lies in cultivating a group of new farmers who know that farmers love agriculture and revitalize agriculture.From the point of view of the four-dimensional scenarios of theory,overall situation,practice and self-cultivation,this paper is intended forpromoting agricultural civilization to"stabilize"new farmers,training fertile soil to"empower"new farmers,insisting on the combination of knowledge and practice to"cultivate"new farmers,and foster patriotism to"consolidate"new farmers'patriotism,so as to strengthen as the"strong root"of new farmers,and promote the all-round development of new farmers.关键词
