Abstract
To speed up the construction of a new countryside and improve the effectiveness of the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas is the inevitable requirement of promoting the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and building a modern socialist country.In the new journey of building a modern and powerful socialist country,speeding up the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas should be based on reality,take the achievements made as a new starting point,seek truth from facts,overcome existing problems,adhere to correct and innovative thinking,strengthen the building of grass-roots party organizations in rural areas,fully stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers,attach importance to the construction of talents,and strengthen policy guarantee and institutional mechanism innovation,so as to create a new situation in the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas in a new era.关键词
