摘要
Abstract
The human-water system is an important foundation for building a human community with a shared future,and it is an urgent task to build a community with a shared future based on the human-water system.Based on a deep understanding of the idea of a human community with a shared future,this paper put forward the concept of a human-water system community with a shared future,interpreted its connotation,and analyzed the necessity of its construction.It put forward the construction framework of building a human-water system community with a shared future together,and summarized its construction ideas,including the fundamental purpose,strategic objectives,system layout,basic principles and main contents.The realization path and roadmap for building a human-water system community with a shared future together were provided.关键词
