Abstract
In order to solve the problems of long preheating time,short life,huge volume and large ra-diation exposure of the system in hot cathode X-ray detection imaging,a carbon nano cold cathode X-ray system is proposed.The cold cathode X-ray tube can control the tube current of the X-ray tube by gate voltage,and it has good pulse response.This system uses an electronic source with field emission charac-teristics to prepare an emission X-ray source,equipped with a flat panel detector and a rechargeable lithium battery.A regional wireless network is established to achieve wireless remote control of pulse X-ray source excitation and flat panel detector reception.This system can be used to detect and study internal defects in tension clamps,power pipes,and welds.The results show that the constructed cold cathode X-ray detec-tion system can quickly image at the computer controller,quickly detect the internal crimping quality of the tension clamp,oxidation deposits inside the power pipe,internal pores and crack defects in the weld seam,etc.This technology can greatly improve the detection efficiency,and has certain application value for non-destructive testing in fields such as power,oil pipelines,and nuclear power.关键词
