摘要

Abstract

The development and test results of 7 MHU liquid metal bearing CT tubes are presented.The solutions for core components,including electron beam focusing,thermal analysis for anode target disk and design of liquid metal bearing are elaborated.The test of the prototype tube indicates that both the large and small focal spot sizes outperform the nominal maximum one.The anode target exhibits no noticeable arcing points or solder melting phenomenon in high power ageing.During 24-hour long-term testing,the prototype operates normally without any abnormalities in the bearing.These tests validate the correctness of the design solution for core components.
