桑椹多糖对高脂饮食诱导的脂肪肝小鼠的保护作用研究
Protective effects of Fructus Mori polysaccharides on high-fat diet-induced fatty liver in mice

Abstract
To investigate the effect of Fructus Mori polysaccharide(FMP)on lipid metabolism in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced fatty liver mice,a total of 60 C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to five groups:the normal chow diet(NCD)group,the high-fat diet(HFD)group,the high-fat diet plus low dose of FMP(HFD+FMP-L)group,the high-fat diet plus medium dose of FMP(HFD+FMP-M)group,and the high-fat diet plus high dose of FMP(HFD+FMP-H)group,with 12 animals in each group.Except for the NCD group,all groups were fed the high-fat diet to induce a fatty liver model.Meanwhile,the HFD+FMP-L,HFD+FMP-M,and HFD+FMP-H groups were daily administered 0.25 g/kg,0.50 g/kg and 1.00 g/kg FMP,respectively,for a duration of 12 weeks.Then mice clinical symptoms were observed,and assessments were made of liver index,epididymal fat index,histopathological liver changes,as well as serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),tri acylglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST).The study findings indicated that the high-fat diet resulted in significant increase in body weight,liver index,epididymal fat index,and serum TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT,and AST levels in mice compared to the NCD group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Additionally,hepatic steatosis was observed,while the HDL-C level exhibited significant reduction(P<0.05).Compared to the HFD group,the HFD+FMP-L group exhibited significantly lower body weight(P<0.05).In addition,the HFD+FMP-L,HFD+FMP-M,and HFD+FMP-H groups displayed significantly lower liver index and epididymal fat index(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and reduced TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT,and AST values in serum(P<0.05)and hepatic steatosis.Therefore,the high-fat diet can successfully establish a fatty liver model in mice,and FMP can significantly improve lipid metabolism in high-fat diet-induced fatty liver mice.关键词
