超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定止嗽化痰丸中马兜铃酸Ⅰ和马兜铃酸Ⅱ的含量
Determination of aristolochic acid Ⅰ and aristolochic Ⅱ in Zhisou Huatan pills by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract
To establish a method for the determination of aristolochic acid Ⅰ and aristolochic acid Ⅱ in Zhisou Huatan pills,understand the status of aristolochic acid Ⅰ and aristolochic acid Ⅱ in commercially available preparations,and provide a reference for ensuring the safety of medication.An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was used for the simultaneous determination of 17 batches of Zhisou Huatan pills.The results showed that aristolochic acid Ⅰ and aristolochic acid Ⅱ were detected in 7 out of 17 batches of Zhisou Huatan pills samples,and the contents of aristolochic acid Ⅰ ranged from 12.7 to 16.8 μg/g,and the contents of aristolochic acid Ⅱ ranged from 1.4 to 1.8 μg/g.The rest of the samples were undetected.The method established in the study is accurate and reliable for the analysis of aristolochic acid Ⅰ and aristolochic acid Ⅱ in Zhisou Huatan pills;at the same time,the results showed that the content of aristolochic acid Ⅰ in some Zhisou Huatan pills exceeded 4.0 μg/g,which poses a greater safety risk,and it is urgent to establish corresponding limit standards to control the content of aristolochic acid Ⅰ in this preparation to better to protect the safety of medication.关键词
