基于网络药理学探究鱼腥草桔蓝口服液对家禽呼吸道疾病的作用机制
Exploring the action mechanism of Yuxingcao Jielan oral liquid on the respiratory diseases in poultry based on network pharmacology

Abstract
To investigate the action mechanism of Yuxingcao Jielan oral liquid on the treatment of respiratory diseases in poultry.In this study,the chemical composition and action targets of Yuxingcao Jielan oral liquid were searched,a drug-target network map and an intersecting target protein(PPI)interaction network map were constructed.The enrichment of intersecting targets was analyzed.The molecular docking validation of drug active ingredients and core targets were analyzed by molecular docking technology.The results showed that Yuxingcao Jielan oral liquid,in the presence of active ingredients such as quercetin,kaempferol and β-sitosterol,affected key targets such as interleukin-6(IL-6),B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL2),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3).GO functional enrichment yielded 58 biological process entries,4 cellular composition entries,and 15 molecular function entries.KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the intersectinggenes mainly acted on multiple signaling pathways such as C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway,FoxO signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and VEGF signaling pathway to treat poultry respiratory diseases.The molecular docking results indicated good binding of the key components of the drug to the core protein target.The results indicated that Yuxingcao Jielan oral liquid could treat poultry respiratory diseases through a multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism.关键词
