HPLC-QTOF和HPLC-MS/MS测定中兽药制剂非法添加9种大环内酯类药物的方法研究

Abstract
To establish the detection methods by high performance liquid chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF)and high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)for the illegal addition of azithromycin,tilmicosin,etc,nine macrolides in 10 kinds of Chinese veterinary drug preparations,such as Astragalus polysaccharide oral liquid and Andrographis Paniculata injection.The sample was extracted with 50％methanol and the supernatant was diluted with 0.2％formic acid solution to an appropriate multiple,after passing 0.22 µm filter membrane,it was used as the HPLC-QTOF and HPLC-MS/MS test solution.All of 9 macrolides presented good linear relations in each linear range and the recoveries were between 83.1％-97.8％with RSD below 15.0％.The quantitative method is simple,convenient and sensitive,which can provide reference for technique criterion establishment to fight adulteration in veterinary drugs.关键词
