Effects of different planting patterns on fruit quality and selenium content of Jun jujube in Zhongning County
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low selenium content,lack of standardized planting management and low market share of Jun jujube fruit in Zhongning County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the effects of standardized planting and common cultivation methods on the quality and selenium content of Jun jujube fruit were investigated.The contents of agricultural residues,total ash,water,water-soluble extracts and polysaccharides were determined by the methods in the fourth part of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the selenium content was determined by the methods in GB 5009.93-2017 of the Determination of Selenium in Food under the National Standard for Food Safety.The selenium content of Jun jujube fruit was 1.4 times of that of ordinary cultivation,and the quality of Jun jujube fruit was obviously higher than that of ordinary cultivation.According to the comprehensive analysis,the standardized planting mode of Jun jujube tree in Zhongning County can improve the selenium content of fresh jujube,and the fruit quality of Jun jujube under this planting mode is better than that under ordinary planting mode.关键词
