Research on fault feature extraction method of asynchronous motor
摘要
Abstract
This article first introduced the types and proportion of asynchronous motors,and then described the basic process of asynchronous motor fault diagnosis.Then,the research status of asynchronous motor fault fea-ture extraction methods were sorted out,and the extraction methods of asynchronous motor fault features were analyzed in three aspects:time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain.The five extraction methods of wavelet transform,wavelet packet analysis,short-time fourier transform,empirical mode decomposi-tion and ensemble empirical mode decomposition in time-frequency domain fault extraction methods were de-scribed.The characteristics and applicable scenarios of various fault extraction methods were summarized and reviewed.Finally,the existing problems were analyzed,and the research hotspots and development trends in the field of asynchronous motor fault feature extraction were prospected.关键词
