摘要

Abstract

To solve flying edge and assembly and disassembly difficulties and other problems of the traditional equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)die in the extrusion process,this paper,42CrMo steel as the extrusion material,summarized and analyzed the reasons for the difficulty in demolding during the ECAP test process,and then put forward a design for symmetrical parting die and supporting die frame.The scheme designed the die frame and optimized the fitting clearance of dies,it could avoid specimen occur burrs in the extrusion process,and quickly demolded by lift the convex mold simply operate the press.Meanwhile,the finite element model of 42CrMo steel ECAP under different die clearance was established in Deform software,and the influence of mold clearance on the ECAP forming of 42CrMo specimens were studied.On this basis,the surface quality of the extruded specimens was observed through the ECAP test,the reliability and accuracy of the numerical simulation results were verified by comparing the consistency between the experimental results and the numerical simulation results.The research results show that the scheme effectively prevent burrs form and have a good effect,and the microstructure observation shows that the grain refinement of the 42CrMo steel after extrusion is significant.
