Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing combined with comfort care in patients with arterial dissection aneurysm during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 82 patients with arterial dissection aneurysm who went to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with comfort care.Blood pressure(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP]),cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter[LVEDD]and left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF]),quality of life and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd day after surgery,the SBP and DBP of both groups decreased compared to before surgery(both P＜0.05),and the SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P＜0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery and at discharge,the LVEDD and LVEF in both groups were lower than those at admission(both P＜0.05),and the LVEDD and LVEF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(both P＜0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery and at discharge,the scores of physical function,psychological state,social interaction and self-care ability of patients in both groups were higher than those at admission(all P＜0.05),and those scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with comfort care can help stabilize the blood pressure of patients with arterial dissection aneurysm before and after surgery,improve the cardiac function indexes and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
