Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing combined with individualized nutritional support in the care of patients with organophosphorus poisoning.Methods A total of 90 patients with organophosphorus poisoning diagnosed and treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd and even number of beds,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with individualized nutritional support.The drug usage,symptom disappearance time,hospital stay,nutritional status,inflammatory factor levels,prognosis,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The dosage of chlorophosphonidine in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The time for cholinesterase(CHE)to return to normal,the time for central nervous system(CNS)-like,N-like,and M-like poisoning symptoms to disappear was earlier than that in the control group.The hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(all P＜0.05).After 5 days of intervention,the levels of transferrin(TRF),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP),as well as the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)scores in both groups were better than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After 10 days of intervention,the levels of TRF,Hb,ALB,TNF-α and CRP,as well as the APACHE Ⅱ scores in both groups were better than those before intervention and after 5 days of intervention(all P＜0.05).After 5 and 10 days of intervention,the levels of TRF,Hb,ALB,TNF-α and CRP,as well as the APACHE Ⅱscores in the observation group were better than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with individualized nutritional support can shorten the duration of poisoning symptoms and hospitalization time of patients with organophosphorus poisoning,reduce drug usage,improve their nutritional status,inflammatory factor levels and prognosis,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
