Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of video health education combined with individualized psychological intervention in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods A total of 106 stable COPD patients who were admitted to Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(53 cases)received video health education combined with individualized psychological intervention.The nursing effect before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results Compared to before the intervention,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were all greater after 2 months of intervention,and the 6-minute walking distance was longer.The scores of all dimensions and total scores of the Happy Enterprising Individual Questionnaire were higher,as well as the scores of medication compliance,rehabilitation compliance,and dietary compliance were also higher(all P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group showed better results in the above indicators and scores after 2 months of intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of video health education and individualized psychological intervention can significantly improve the lung function and psychological state of stable COPD patients,enhance their exercise endurance,and improve their treatment compliance.关键词
