雷火灸联合中药熏蒸在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果
Application effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 104 patients with LDH of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Yangzhou Hospital of TCM from June 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were grouped into a control group and an observation group using a simple random sampling method,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group received thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The degree of pain,improvement of lumbar spine function and serum factor level of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the Numerical Pain Rating Scale scores of both groups decreased compared to before intervention(all P＜0.05),and were lower in the observation group compared to the control group during the same period(both P＜0.05).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment Treatment Score scores of both groups increased compared to before intervention(all P＜0.05),and were higher in the observation group compared to the control group during the same period(both P＜0.05).After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of tumor necrosis factor α,transforming growth factor β1,and recombinant human matrix metalloproteinase 3 in both groups decreased compared to before intervention(all P＜0.05),and were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined application of thunder fire moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can reduce pain and improve lumbar spine function and serum factor levels in patients with LDH of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.关键词
