薄荷叶斑病病原菌鉴定及室内防治药剂筛选
Identification of Pathogen of Mentha haplocalyx Leaf Spot and Screening of Indoor Control Agents

Abstract
Objective:To identify the species of pathogen causing leaf spot disease of Mentha haplocalyx,to screen the control a-gents of this disease in laboratory.Methods:The suspected pathogenic strain was obtained by tissue separation and identified by Koch's rule.Morphological and molecular biological methods were used to identify the pathogen,and the mycelium growth rate method was used to determine the indoor virulence activity of 8 fungicides against the pathogen.Results:Eleven pure strains were isolated from the leaves of Mentha haplocalyx infected with leaf spot disease in Xinxiang city,and the pathogenicity test results showed that the isolated strain HN-BH-3 was the pathogenic pathogen of Mentha haplocalyx leaf spot disease.The strain HN-BH-3 was identified as Nigrospora spha-erica by the sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS sequence,TUB2 and TEF-1α genes,combined with morphological characteristics.The screening results of 8 agents showed that EC50 values of carbendazim,difenoconazole and thiophanate-methyl against Nigrospora sphaeri-ca were less than 1 mg/L,which were 0.0330,0.0415,0.7478 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion:The pathogen isolated from infected Mentha haplocalyx leaves is Nigrospora sphaerica.Carbendazim has a good inhibition effect on Nigrospora sphaerica.关键词
