连作及轮作对党参根际微生物多样性的影响
Effects of Continuous Cropping and Crop Rotation on Rhizosphere Microbial Diversity of Codonopsis pilosula

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of continuous cropping and crop rotation of Codonopsis pilosula on the composition of rhizosphere soil microbial community,so as to provide basic research for alleviating the obstacles of continuous cropping of Codonopsis pilosula.Methods:Three treatments were set,including continuous cropping of Codonopsis pilosula,crop rotation of potato and Codonopsis pilosula,crop rotation of corn and Codonopsis pilosula,the related growth indexes of Codonopsis pilosula were determined.The effects of continuous cropping and crop rotation on rhizosphere soil microbial diversity of Codonopsis pilosula were studied using high-throughput sequencing technology.Results:Compared with continuous cropping group,the root length,root diameter,fresh and dry weight of under-ground part and root yield of Codonopsis pilosula were significantly increased in crop rotation group(P<0.05),and the number of OTU,richness index Chao1 and diversity index Shannon of rhizosphere soil bacterial community were all significantly increased.The propor-tion of dominant genus species in rhizosphere soil of continuous cropping group was lower than that in crop rotation group,but the num-ber of fungus-specific OTU was higher than that in crop rotation group.At the phylum classification level,the community composition of soil bacteria in Codonopsis pilosula continuous cropping and crop rotation was relatively fixed.Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria were the dominant bacteria groups in the rhizosphere soil of Codonopsis pilosula crop rotation group,while Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes were the dominant bacteria groups in the rhizosphere soil of Codonopsis pilosula continuous cropping group.Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant microorganisms in rhizosphere soil fungi.At the genus classification level,the relative abundance of unclassified Ascomycota and Fusarium in continuous cropping group was higher than that in crop rotation group.Conclusion:Com-pared with continuous cropping,crop rotation can improve the growth indexex and yield of Codonopsis pilosula,increase the diversity of rhizosphere bacterial soil microorganism,and reduce the species of pathogenic fungi.Corn-Codonopsis pilosula crop rotation is better than that of potato-Codonopsis pilosula crop rotation,which can effectively alleviate continuous cropping obstacles.关键词
