摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study on the chemical constituents of Syringa oblata and the components into blood after intragastric ad-ministration of Syringa oblata in rats.Methods:UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was performed on a Welch XB-C18 column(100 mmx2.1 mm,1.8μm),the mobile phase was 0.1%formic acid solution-acetonitrile for gradient elution,the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,column tempera-ture was 40 ℃,injection volume was 2 μL.The chemical components and components into blood of Syringa oblata were characterized by comparison of reference materials,literature data and MassBank database information.Results:Thirty-eight chemical constituents were found from the extract of Syringa oblata,including lignans and sesquiterpenes;40 components were found from rat serum after intragas-tric administration,including 14 prototype components and 26 metabolites.Conclusion:In this study,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology and serum pharmacochemical method of traditional Chinese medicine are used to rapidly analyze the chemical components and components into blood of Syringa oblata,and preliminarily explore the possible pharmacodynamic substance basis of Syringa oblata,which provide a reference for further development and utilization of Syringa oblata.
