Chemical Constituents of Three Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials in Pronephrium Genus by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents from 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Pronephrium and analyze the different components,to compare the chemical constituents of rhizomes and fibrous roots of Pronephrium penangianum and evaluate the medicinal parts.Methods:An ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18 column was used,mobile phase was methanol-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution.Mass spectrometry was performed by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS and electrospray(ESI)ion source.Data were collected in positive and negative ion modes.OPLS-DA was used to screen the different components in the rhizomes and fibrous roots of Pronephriumpenangianum.Results:33 main components of three traditional Chinese medicinal materials were isola-ted and identified by using Masslynx 4.1 software and the Critical Assessment of Small Molecule Identification(CASMI)method,there were 22 compounds from Pronephrium penangianum,23 compounds from Pronephrium lakhimpurense,which were mainly flavonoids.There were 20 components in the two.Pronephrium simplex identified only 8 compounds,preliminary judgment contained more organic acid compounds.There were 8 differential components in rhizome and fibrous roots of Pronephrium penangianum,including 6"-O-Acetyl-triphyllin A,5,2',5'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone and others.Conclusion:This study preliminarily clarifies the pharmacodynamic ma-terial basis of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Pronephrium,which lays a foundation for the formulation of the quali-ty evaluation criteria of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the definition of the quality control index.关键词
