基于IC与UPLC的石膏-知母组合物指纹图谱及多指标成分测定
Fingerprint and Multi-index Component Analysis of Gypsum-Anemarrhena Composite Based on IC and UPLC

Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to establish the fingerprint of Gypsum-Anemarrhena asphodeloides composite and the method for determination of multi-index component contents,which can provide a reference for the material basis research of Gypsum-Anemarrhena asphodeloides drug pair.Methods:Gypsum and Anemarrhena from different origins were collected,and 12 batches of Gypsum-Anemarrhena composites were prepared according to Gypsum:Anemarrhena=1:1.Ion chromatography(IC)and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)were conducted to determine the fingerprints of Gypsum-Anemarrhena asphodeloides composites and the contents of six index components such as Ca2+,SO42-,neomangiferin,mangiferin,isomangiferin,and timosaponin BⅡ.Chemical pattern recognition analysis was performed on the fingerprints of Gypsum-Anemarrhena composites by using similarity evaluation,cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA).Results:A total of 5 common peaks were identified in the IC fingerprints of Gypsum-Anemarrhena composites,with the peaks 1,3,4 and 5 identified as Na+,K+,Mg2+ and Ca2+,respectively.A total of 15 common peaks were identified in the UPLC fingerprints,with the peaks 7,10 and 11 identified as neomangiferin,mangiferin and isomangiferin,respectively.The similarity of fingerprints of 12 batches of Gypsum-Anemarrhena asphodeloides composites was greater than 0.9.CA and PCA categorized the 12 samples into three groups.There were differences in the contents of the six indicators among the samples.The combined decoction of Gypsum and Anemarrhena can significantly promote the dissolution of Na+,K+,Mg2+and neomangiferin.Conclusion:The established fingerprint of Gypsum-Anemarrhena composite and multi-index component determination method have high accuracy and good repeatability.Our work provides a reference for the quality evaluation and material basis research of Gypsum-Anemarrhena drug pair.关键词
