关于现阶段建立中药材生产统计调查制度的探讨
Discussion on Establishment of Statistical Investigation System for Production of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials at Present Stage

Abstract
Due to the complexity and diversity of traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMM)production methods,with some TCMM having long growths cycle,in the task of conducting production statistics is significant and comes with technical difficulties.Additionally,the lack of standardized statistical survey protocols and a well-trained workforce results in significant discrepancies in statistical data obtained through different channels and criteria.Accurate and reliable statistical data are needed to guide the daily management and overarching decisions concerning TCMM production,and the statistical survey system for the production of TCMM is the basis for the orderly,safe,and efficient production of TCMM and the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.However,there is no statistical survey system for TCMM production in China.Therefore,based on the practice of the nationwide survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the TCMM regional planning and production statistics work by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the following recommendations are provided:1)The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the State Council should take the leading responsibility to establish a sound statistical system for TCMM production;2)The scope of statistical surveys should focus on counties with certain scale TCMM production activities,and it should rely on the competent county departments for TCMM production,and focus on the survey and statistics of commonly cultivated and bred bulk medicinal materials;3)The content of the survey should include the quantity of planting/breeding in the current year,harvest yield,perennial stocking/storage,transaction prices and circulation volume,among other aspects;4)The primary methods of survey should be through sampling,with cross-checking and verification using information from production,circulation and management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of statistical data;5)Establish a data management platform for TCMM production statistical surveys to improve the informatization level of TCMM statistical surveys;6)Regularly release statistical data information,including annual information such as the total area and total production of TCMM within the year,and the monthly information on TCMM prices and circulation volume within the month,so as to provide scientific references for the sustainable and stable development of TCMM production and related industries in China.关键词
